Due to difficult circumstances that impose themselves suddenly upon life, we are in dire need for knowledge and complete awareness of the manner of dealing with such situations, thereby contributing in rescuing the lives of those around us.

Out of realizing the importance of the awareness of first aid, which makes us able to behave in the proper way in cases of emergency, the College of Nursing, under the auspices of the Vice Dean of the College, Dr. Abdullah Al-Thaqafi, held a training course on 'First Aid' for the affiliates of the College of Designs. This course was offered at the training hall at the College of Designs and Arts in Al-Abdiyyah, on Tuesday, 20 Rabi` Al-Thani, 1441 A.H., corresponding to 17 December, 2019 A.C., by Dr. Ibrahim Abkar Ibrahim and Mr. Saad bin Muhammad Al-Harithi, academic staff members at the College of Nursing.

The Director of the Administration and the affiliates of the college offered their thanks to the presenters for offering this course, granting them appreciation certificates. They asked Allah (Glorified and Exalted be He) to make them beneficial to Islam and Muslims, and to place these efforts on their scales on the Day of Judgement.
