The College of Community Service and Continuing Education, represented by the Training Department, organized a computer course for the employees of the Facilities Security Forces in the Makkah region. The course is scheduled to continue for three months.

The Dean of the College of Community Service and Continuing Education, Prof. Khalid bin Yusuf Barqawi, stated that the college often aspires to cooperate with the Facilities Security Forces in training its employees, praising this contribution that has continued for many years. His Excellency added that the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz (may Allah protect him) and His Royal Crown Prince (may Allah safeguard him), is concerned nowadays with security and its protectors, both internally and externally.

Next, His Excellency expressed his thanks and appreciation to His Excellency the UQU's President, Prof. Abdullah bin Omar Bafail, who continues to give unlimited care and concern for such programs which aim at developing the security factor of the employees of the Ministry of Interior in general, and the employees of the Facilities Security Forces in particular. He also referred to the Facilities Security Forces as being the governmental body often in direct contact with both citizens and residents.

On his part, His Excellency the Head of the Training Department at the College, Mr. Salih bin Abdullah bin Abdul-Muhsin Al-Furaih, stated that this computer course aims essentially to improve and develop the performance of 25 trainees from among the employees of the Facilities Security Forces. He added that the course will offer a total of 104 training hours, a period sufficient for producing the outcomes targeted by this training. Finally, he expressed his thanks and great appreciation to His Excellency the UQU's President and His Excellency the Dean of the College for their unlimited support for the Training Department and its various programs.
