The Dean of Adham University College, Dr. Saeed Al-Bihairi:
(1) To keep pace with the development witnessed by our country in various fields and gaining inspiration from the Saudi Vision 2030, the new system for universities has been approved by the country's wise leadership to give universities greater independence and generic competitiveness. Thus, the task of developing the educational and research process, and all the provided services, has become the responsibility of the Board of Trustees of each university.

(2) The new system for universities allows administrative and financial autonomy, increases competitiveness in attracting outstanding members, and contributes to the quality of outputs. By Allah's will, all these factors will reflect positively on the performance of universities, and will facilitate them to be evaluated internationally within a short period of time.
