Umm Al-Qura University, represented by the Deanship of Faculty Members and Employees Affairs, participates in the Project of the Periodical Assessment of Employees Engagement that was launched by the Ministry of Civil Service.
The project aims at achieving the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 through improving the productivity of the public servants and creating a motivating work environment for them, where employees’ engagement is considered a part of the employee's effort that they exert to improve and support the continuation of their work relation with the employer.
The questionnaire, which targets all the affiliates of the university, including the academic staff, administrators, technicians and health specialists, will be launched on Wednesday, 2 Rabi` Al-Awwal, 1441 A.H., corresponding to 30 October, 2019 A.C.
The deanship calls upon all the affiliates of the university to participate in the questionnaire, and transparently express their opinions about the work environment in the university. The UQU will take the results into its consideration for its continuing development processes, through the support of His Excellency the UQU President, Prof. Abdullah bin Omar Bafail, and the directives of His Excellency the UQU Vice President, Prof. Farid bin Ali Al-Ghamdi.
