Umm Al-Qura University
Adham University College celebrated the National Day of the Kingdom on Tuesday, 02 Safar 1441 A.H., in the celebration hall of the Adham education office.
The event was attended by the director of the supervision office in the governorate, Mr. Noor Al-Maliki, the dean and vice deans of the college, the heads of departments, academic staff, and students, including the new students.
The ceremony started with a recitation of the Qur'an, followed by the Vice Dean of Educational Affairs and Development, Dr. Abdullah Al-Buqami, who recited a national poem which was appreciated by everyone. This was followed by a speech from the Vice Dean of Student Affairs, Mr. Adil Al-Umari.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, the Dean of Adham University College, His Excellency Dr. Sa`id bin Hadi Al-Qahtani, delivered a speech in which he praised this anniversary and referred to its importance. He also welcomed the new students and urged them to show diligence and perseverance. After that, he distributed gifts to the outstanding academic staff and students.
