With the beginning of the final written exams for the second semester of the academic year 1439/1440 A.H., Dr. Al-Husain Al-Nashiri, the Head of the Mathematics Department at Al-Qunfudhah University College, followed up the final exams process conducted by the department to identify and solve potential difficulties faced by students and provide the appropriate environment for the students to undertake their final exams conveniently and easily.
He reminded the students of the instructions for the final exams and the examination procedures:
- Students will be allowed to enter the examination hall prior to the scheduled exam time.
- Students who are late will not be allowed to undertake the exam if attending after the first half of the examination period.
- No student is allowed to leave the examination hall in the first half of the examination period.
- Students are not allowed to use a mobile phone or other electronic devices (other than a calculator) during the exam. All devices must be set to silent mode or closed before entering the examination hall.
- Students' university cards shall be presented.
- Students must ensure that all required data is filled out on both exams and answer papers.
- Students shall bring all the necessary tools for the exam, such as pen, pencil, eraser, pencil sharpener, calculator, etc. The Examination Control Committee is not responsible for providing these tools.
- Students must be silent throughout the exam.
- Cheating, or attempts to cheat in the exam, is a punishable breach, as is the violation of the delineated instructions and examination procedures. Any such breaches will result in disciplinary action according to the Students Discipline Bylaw set by the University Council.
