The College of Da`wah and Fundamentals of Religion announces the defense of the doctoral thesis submitted by the student Hani bin Munir Al-Suwaihri under the title, "Kitab Al-Qura Li-Qasid Umm Al-Qura [The Book about the Villages for Seekers of Umm Al-Qura]: A study and an investigation on the sixteenth chapter dealing with reasons for seeking knowledge and its legitimacy, till the end of the book." The event will take place on 4 Sha`ban, 1440 A.H., at 9 a.m., in Sheikh Bin Baz hall, at the College of Da`wah and Fundamentals of Religion.
The members of the defense committee are as follows: Dr. Hatim bin Arif Al-Shareef (rapporteur), Dr. Taha bin Ali Abu Sarih (examiner), and Dr. Khalid bin Marghub Muhammad Amin (examiner).
