Database of the Academic Staff of the College of Da`wah and Fundamentals of Religion
Firstly: This questionnaire was designed due to the urgent need to create a database that includes the affiliates of the two sections of the college. Therefore, we hope you cooperate with us by completing the form.
Secondly: All the items of the questionnaire should be filled in by the college staff, of all job rankings, from teaching assistant to professor. Please state (Not Applicable) or (Not Available) in front of the item that does not apply to you.
Thirdly: All the research and their serial numbers should be stated in the field specified for the research. The order of the numbers should be maintained with regard to the field of the research, the publisher, and the publishing date.
