In cooperation with the Civil Affairs Movable Unit in Makkah Al-Mukarramah and Al-Qunfudhah University College, the unit announced that it will offer its services to the female personnel and students of Al-Qunfudhah University College (female section) as of Sunday, 2 Sha`ban,1440 A.H., for five days.

The female students who wish to benefit from the offered services shall bring the following documents:

• A certified copy and a photocopy of the family record in which the applicant is added.
• A copy of the birth certificate if the applicant has a birth certificate.
• (2) New colored personal photos, with an identical likeness to the applicant (Size 4×6), taken on a white background, taking into consideration that face will be in an opposite position, with all facial features being visible and free of any adornments, such as (make-up, bands, etc.) , and not wearing glasses or colored lenses. Moreover, the hair and neck has to be covered, and the photographer should not make any amendments to the photo.
• A proof of enrollment from the college, if the applicant was a student, or a copy of the last academic degree obtained.

Electronic identification on the part of the father or the husband through the "Absher" system. (A copy of the national ID card of the identifier should be brought, along with a copy of the electronic identification. Please ignore point (6) as we will refer to the website ourselves.)

If the applicant has special needs, a signed sealed medical report in the Arabic language, issued from a governmental hospital, shall be brought.
