Inauguration of Administrative Development and Training Unit, Al-Qunfudah University College, Female Section

The Administrative Development and Training Unit was inaugurated at Al-Qunfudah University College early on Wednesday 18/01/1438H. This had been under the sponsorship of Dr. Hashem Ahmed Al-Samadani, Dean of Al-Qunfudah University College and the supervision of Dr. Nouire Ba-Jaber, the Vice-Dean, and through the efforts and coordination by Ms. Leila Hasan Al-Khairy, Manager of the Unit. The unit aims at the development and efficiency improvement of human resources and administrative business. Such inauguration stems from the fact that administrative development is an advisory function through which every change to the better is achieved. Administrative Development is considered an advisory coordinative Administration which is responsible for crystallization and selection of suitable ideas to be put into action. Therefore, success of the developmental process depends on the support given by all officials. Development is not the objective; it is the quality of results to achieve the desired goals that is the objective of all.

The event was begun with a course presented by Dr. Hashem Ahmed Al-Samadani, Dean of Al-Qunfudah University College, before the managers of the College’s administrative units. The course was entitled “Effective Management OF Time and Priorities.” The course was attended by Ms. Leila Al-Khairy, Manager of the Administrative Development and Training Unit, Dr. Nouire Ba-Jaber, Vice-Dean of the College, Ms Aisha Al-Marhabi, Vice Dean of Post Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, and the managers of the College’s administrative units.

At the end of the event, Ms. Leila Al-Khairy, Manager of the Unit, along with the managers of the College’s administrative units, expressed their gratitude to the Dean as to the significance of such unit to the development of administrative business in the College.
