Notification about Enrolment, Deletion and Addition of the First Semester at the Daw’a and Islamic Theology College (Female Students)
Unless the student meets their guide and completes the guidance process, the timetable will not get modified. The guidance process starts from 8 am. To 12 pm. The student is to bring their timetable and the papers they need.
The guidance process for all the students takes place at the offices of the guides with each in their office. The student can know about the location of the guides’ offices by the announcement board of each department.
The process of deleting, adding, and modifying the tables for all the students of the Proselytizing College with all its departments included takes place in the activity hall from 9 am to 1 pm. The modification process involves all the subjects of the College’s general and special courses.
Two data entry clerks from the Shariah College are to be present for completing the deleting and adding process for only the students of the Proselytizing College.
Students are to adhere to the dates set at the following timetable in terms of the modifying process, and any student is allowed to delete or add unlike these dates.
Timetable Modifying Dates as following:
Sunday, 17/12 batch 32 and those preceding
Monday, 18/12 batch 33
Tuesday, 19/12 batch 36
Wednesday, 20/12 batch 35
Thursday, 21/12 batch 36 batch 37 fresh students and those with problems that have not solved from all batches. However, due to the fact that such a date corresponds to the National Day, it will be held over to Sunday of the week that follows.
Each student is to modify the timetable themselves, and no one is allowed to fill in for them unless urgency comes up and the guide approves.
Students are obliged to attend the lectures from the beginning of the semester on September 19th, 2016.
