Umm Al-Qura University
The advisory committee at the College of Computer held its first meeting on Sunday, 14 Sha’ban 1437 H. The meeting was chaired by the College Dean, Dr. Yassin bin Abdullah Al-Zubaidi and was attended by the following members:

The meeting was started with the thanking Allah and praising Prophet Mohamed (Peace be upon Him). The Committee Head welcomed the committee members wishing them success in serving the College and the whole community. The agenda including the topics to be discussed by the committee was distributed. The agenda included discussion of the College mission, vision, objectives, the study plan for the Department of Computer Sciences, suggestions for the committee’s mechanisms of work, and the method of communication with the governmental and non-governmental organizations.
Many recommendations were made by the committee, and an annual meeting was decided to be held in April/May every year.
Akin to its beginning, the meeting was ended by exalting Allah Almighty, and praying that peace be upon the our Prophet, Muhammad.
