UQU President Dr. Bakri bin M'atooq bin Bakri Assas has approved the administrative promotions of UQU staff who are eligible for promotions, from the 10th rank and below, amounting to 154 employees including administrative staff and technicians. This took place at his office in Abdyia during his meeting with the UQU Vice President Dr. Yassir bin Suleiman Shoushou, the officials of Employees and Faculty Members Affairs and the representative of the legal department. 

On this occasion, Dr. Assas congratulated UQU staff who were promoted at the UQU Headquarters in Makkah and its branches at Jamoum, Al-Lith and Al-Qunfudhah amounting to 154 employees wishing these promotions to motivate them to exert more diligent effort in serving this lofty scientific entity. He then lauded the efforts exerted by the UQU Vice President Dr. Suleiman Shoushou, Director of Employees and Faculty Members Affairs Mr. Nazar Abbas and the team involved in this work.    

Within the same vein, Dr. Shoushou expressed his deep thanks and appreciation to UQU President HE Dr. Bakri Assas for approving the administrative promotions. He also congratulated all those who were promoted, wishing them further progress and advancement, and wishing for those who were not promoted this time to be promoted as soon as there is a vacancy in future. He added that Faculty Members and Employees Affairs Department save no effort under the support of top leadership in the university to create the ripe circumstances and necessary jobs to promote the employees who deserve to be promoted. He added that promotions are processed in line with the laws and regulations of the civil service.
