Under the auspices of Her Excellency the Dean of the College of Designs and Arts, Dr. Samirah bint Ahmad Al-Fifi, the Vice Deanship for Academic Affairs at the College, on Monday evening, 6 Safar, 1443 A.H., organized an introductory meeting for new students to acquaint the students with the departments of the college and answer all inquiries that concern them. The event was held in the presence of their excellencies the heads and deputy heads of the departments and a number of students.

During the meeting, the Dean of the College delivered a welcoming speech to the new students, urging them to show diligence, study hard, and develop their skills. Her excellency also emphasized the importance of the precautionary measures and urged the students to comply with them. Lastly, she asked Allah (Exalted and Glorified be He) to make it a fruitful academic year, granting them success and achievements. Moreover, the meeting included a speech by Her Excellency the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, Dr. Enaam bint Ahmad bin Abid Shuaibi, in which she urged the students to familiarize themselves with the bylaws and regulations and follow the news and announcements published on the university’s website and social media. The meeting was concluded with heartfelt thanks to all organizers and participants and a prize draw in which the college offered valuable gifts.
