The Department of Mathematical Sciences has the honor to invite male and female postgraduate students to a remote seminar entitled: “Tips for Postgraduate Students”.

The seminar will include the following topics:

1. The student-instructor relationship during and after thesis supervision.
2. Some methods, strategies and approaches of scientific research and thesis writing.
3. Scientific research ethics.
4. The possibility and methods of publishing papers based on work in the scientific thesis.
5. Importance of scientific sources and good databases.
6. The Comprehensive Test: How do you prepare yourself for it and how can you pass it?
