The Department of Mathematical Sciences has the honor to invite male and female postgraduate students to a remote seminar entitled: “Tips for Postgraduate Students”.

 

The seminar will include the following topics:

 

  • The student-instructor relationship during and after thesis supervision.
  • Some methods, strategies and approaches of scientific research and thesis writing.
  • Scientific research ethics.
  • The possibility and methods of publishing papers based on work in the scientific thesis.
  • Importance of scientific sources and good databases.
  • The Comprehensive Test: How do you prepare yourself for it and how can you pass it?

The seminar will be held on Tuesday, 22 June 2021 A.C., at 9:30 p.m.
