1- Tasks of the Laboratories Committee: 

• Preparation of the annual report of laboratories in cooperation with academic departments

• Supervise the activation of security and safety systems in laboratories in cooperation with academic departments.

• Inventory of maintenance requests for laboratories in cooperation with academic departments.

• Inventory of the needs of laboratories of tools, equipment and devices in cooperation with academic departments.

2- Tasks of the Committee on Plans, Curricula and Equations: 

• Supervise the process of equivalence of courses.

• Supervise the updating of study plans in academic departments.

• Make suggestions for study plans or modify them in coordination with academic departments.

• Provide curriculum suggestions, textbooks and references to academic departments.

• Provide suggestions for summer training plans for academic departments.

3- Tasks of the Study Schedules and Tests Committee: 

• Supervise the preparation of study schedules for students in academic departments and coordinate with other colleges in cooperation with the Deanship of Admission and Registration and the study schedule committees in the academic departments.

• Organizing test committees, distributing observers at the time of testing, receiving test papers from other colleges, quarterly tests, and alternative tests. 

• Supervise the conduct of the final examinations and form their committees, in coordination with the academic departments and the Deanship of Admission and Registration.

• Supervise the preparation of deprivation lists and lists of graduates.

• Supervise the implementation of the executive regulations and rules of the Regulation of Studies and Tests for the undergraduate stage.

4- Student Activities Committee:

• Encourage students to participate in various student activities.

• Propose plans and programs for student activities.

• Supervise the design and implementation of student activities.

5- Scientific Research Tasks Committee: 

• Encourage the preparation and coordination of scientific research among academic departments and work on its dissemination.

• Propose scientific research topics common to academic departments and encourage faculty members to participate in them.

• Encourage students to participate in scientific research.

• Supervise the implementation of regulations, executive rules and circulars that are competent for the preparation of scientific research.

• Raising the awareness of the faculty members of the importance of achieving the principles of scientific integrity.

6- Tasks of the Graduation Projects Committee:

• Review the mechanism of eligibility of students to study the graduation project course (design) (1).

• Develop the design and presentation of graduation projects in line with the objectives of the department, um Al-Qura University and the vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 2030.

• Supervise the committees to discuss quarterly graduation projects in academic departments.
