Time and Procedural Schedule

Course events are distributed during the semester according to the following schedule:

First Week:

  • The induction meeting is held and the students' topics and teams are distributed according to the set priorities of the department.
  • Creation of a WhatsApp group that includes all students enrolled in the graduation project course.
  • Students are required to form groups with a maximum of 4 students per group.

Second Week:

  • The groups are distributed to supervisors (the Graduation Projects Committee classifies and creates groups for students who are not classified in any group).
  • A meeting is also held between the supervisors (course instructor) and the research teams separately to explain the work plan and distribute the tasks.
  • Requesting the submission of the research proposal according to the form approved by the department.

Fourth Week:

  • Students present (according to the groups) the research proposal on a CD. The leader of the group (with the participation of the rest of the group students) will make a presentation (Power Point) according to the specified template on the project idea before the Graduation Projects Committee in the presence of the Department Head.
  • Projects are approved or returned with remarks (provided that the remarks are addressed within five working days and re-submitted to the committee).

Fifth Week:

  • The beginning of the practical part of the project.

Tenth Week:

  • Writing the final report.

Thirteenth Week:

  • Reviewing the final reports before the Project Appraisal Committee.

Fourteenth Week:

  • The project final report is submitted (according to the form approved by the department).

Fifteenth Week:

  • Graduation projects are discussed and scientific posters are received, printed in a size of 60 x 85 cm.

Sixteenth Week:

  • Establishing an exhibition of the scientific posters and refereeing posters through the exhibition. The grades are monitored by supervisors for each student.
