Academic follow-up mechanism:

1. Coordinating and communicating with the Admissions and Registration Unit and the Deanship of E-learning in following up the course reports on the Blackboard system.
2. Following up the college electronic tickets related to the progress of the courses offered by the academic staff members, and referring them to the departments.
3. Monitoring and noting negative phenomena that breach the progress of the academic process.
4. Preparing statistics and writing final reports on the committee's work and the progress of the academic process.
