Academic follow-up mechanism:
- Coordinating and communicating with the Admissions and Registration Unit and the Deanship of E-learning in following up the course reports on the Blackboard system.
- Following up the college electronic tickets related to the progress of the courses offered by the academic staff members, and referring them to the departments.
- Monitoring and noting negative phenomena that breach the progress of the academic process.
- Preparing statistics and writing final reports on the committee's work and the progress of the academic process.
