Abstract
This study aims to provide a vision to enable the Arabic language in digital applications, show how to benefit from it, contribute to guiding it in the right direction, and suggest a conception to develop its digital content. Thus, this research focused on three areas: the first related to the production of linguistic knowledge and encompasses all linguistic levels, including grammatical, lexical, semantic, vocal, and morphological. The second covers all communicative skills, including writing, reading, speaking, and listening, and discusses the use of universal language concepts. The third field automatically uses data collection, description, and analysis to support scientific linguistic research. The findings of this study produced important results that may have an impact on improving digital programs that serve the Arabic language and qualify it in the scientific, academic, and educational fields. The study recommended calling for a global classification of linguistic digital applications, including identifying areas for enabling the Arabic language in the digital application.
