Please do not worry; all fingerprints are saved on the fingerprint device until the internet is connected. In most cases, fingerprints do not appear on the Hadir system due to an interruption of the internet. As soon as the Hadir system is connected to the internet, the fingerprints will appear.
The problem arose because you wrote your exit time in the explanatory request after the specified final time to accept fingerprints. As a result, the system recorded the exit time as 15:20 p.m. but when it was being processed, it became clear that it was after the regular time of (03:00) p.m. For this reason, it was not approved. The time should have been written as (15:00) and your fingerprint will then be adjusted and approved correctly. To amend this, correctly resubmit the explanatory request.
The problem arose because you recorded your exit time using the 12-hour time format (instead of the 24-hour format), consequently the system entered your exit time at 2:30 a.m., and not p.m. The time should have been written as (14:30) and your fingerprint will then be adjusted and approved correctly. To amend this, correctly resubmit the explanatory request.
If you arrive early in the morning and enter an exit instead of an entry fingerprint, you can correct this by inputting your fingerprint properly. If the mistake is detected the next day, you can submit an explanatory request to your immediate supervisor at the workplace, who, in turn, will approve it after reviewing the fingerprint record. It will then be certified and entered into the Hadir system within 24 hours after his approval.
You should submit request to register your arrival or leaving time to your immediate supervisor. Once your request is approved, your fingerprint will be entered into the Hadir system.
