- Making a future plan for implementing the preventive maintenance program for devices and reducing emergency maintenance.
- Working on creating a system for storing the spare parts necessary for maintenance, and organizing purchase processes.
- Establishing a library for the catalogs; repair and operation guides; and manuals of the educational devices at the University.
- Maintaining educational devices and keeping their efficient performance.
- Procuring the spare parts and materials necessary for maintenance at the lowest cost.
- Training efficient Saudi cadres.
- Following up and implementing devices maintenance projects.
