1- A first class honors degree is awarded to students with a cumulative accumulative grade point average equal to or higher than 3.75 at the time of graduation. 2 - A second class honors degree is awarded to students whose accumulative grade point average ranges from 3.25 to less than 3.75 out of 400 at the time of graduation. The following conditions should also be fulfilled: A- The student has not failed in any course of study at the university or at the university from which they transferred. B- The student must complete the graduation requirements within a maximum time span equal to the average between the minimum and the maximum time of study at their college. C- The student must have studied at least 60% of the graduation requirements at the university from which they will graduate.
If a student transfers, changes their major, or amends their course plan, an equivalence of the general courses is made automatically and then the major subjects are equalized with the approval of the section offering the course.
