It is one of the units that follows the Vice Deanship of Measurement and Evaluation at the Deanship of Academic Development and Quality and concerned with the components of measurement and evaluation including inputs, processes, and outputs.
The unit is composed of two sections: the measurement and evaluation of the university performance and the measurement and evaluation of the targeted learning outcomes directly relevant to student exams.
Duties of the Unit:
- Spreading a culture of measurement and evaluation and providing awareness of the importance of its development to upgrade the quality of the educational process.
- Designing, building and setting different evaluation tools.
- Creating an electronic database for the different types of evaluation tools.
- Taking advantage of modern technological tools in the automation of the measurement and evaluation of all stages of the evaluation system
- Providing services for automated tests correction and analyzing them statistically.
- Measuring performance indicators and submitting annual reports in this regard.
