To provide the students with high-quality education and training required for the students to fully develop their professional qualities and skills as civil engineers, and to develop their personal potential to the greatest extent possible to be able to pursue higher studies and research to serve the holy city of Makkah with its particular engineering needs due to the pilgrims, and the Saudi Arabian society at large.
