Tasks and Responsibilities of the Vice-Deanship for Educational Affairs

1. Oversee preparation of study schedules;
2. Provide academic advising for students, and offer solutions relating to academic achievement;
3. Oversee study postponement and postponement, as well as deletions and additions of students;
4. Oversee application of admission and transfer controls;
5. Oversee preparation of lists of deprivation, and lists of graduates;
6. Oversee the proceeding of final exams (formation of exams committees, deployment of exam observers, mid-term exams, alternative exams, etc);
7. Oversee the process of course equivalence;
8. Oversee extracurricular student activities;
9. Oversee committees of the Vice Deanship, and submitting their reports to the concerned authorities;
10. Organize, activating and overseeing the orientation week of the new students; and
11. Supervise the college library.
