Allocations Division:
Overview:
Allocation is to carryout allocations of the requested amounts according to the policies and instructions issued by the Ministry of Finance, or the University excluding the items stated in the written policies or instructions.
Tasks:
- Registering budget appropriations after distribution of the allocations.
- Taking all the necessary steps guaranteeing disbursement of the allocations, and making the transfers among the items, according to the transfer decisions during the current fiscal year.
- Deducting from the allocations when disbursement orders are made.
- Entering the accounting reconciliations in the ledgers.
