The College of Computing in Al-Qunfudhah organized an introductory meeting for students receiving summer training. The meeting was held on Wednesday, 5 Rajab 1442 A.H., remotely, via the WebEx application.

The presenter in the meeting was His Excellency the Supervisor of Summer Training Unit, Dr. Salah Al-Umari, who hosted the former Supervisor of Summer Training, Mr. Eissa Maharish. The topics covered during the meeting included: the conditions for entitlement to summer training, becoming familiar with training regulations and laws, how to register for training, nomination for training bodies, and the manner of selecting candidates.

The opportunity was given to students to raise questions and inquiries, and their questions were answered clearly and transparently.

This meeting comes as part of the college’s efforts to provide students with an opportunity to become acquainted with the work environment in which they are expected to work after graduation. This is by enabling them to carry out practical work in the work sector that complements the educational process.
