On Thursday, 29 Jumada Al-Thani 1442 A.H., the Training Department at the College of Community Service and Continuing Education concluded the activities of the introductory week of the national training program: "Health Security", which was implemented by the Training Department in cooperation with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties. The introductory week started on Sunday, 25 Jumada Al-Thani, 1442 A.H., under the patronage of His Excellency the Dean of the College of Community Service and Continuing Education, Dr. Muhammad bin Othman Al-Thubaiti, with the follow-up of His Excellency the Head of the Training Department, Dr. Abdul-Rahim bin Abdul-Rahman Eidi. The event witnessed great efforts exerted by the work team at the Training Department and the trainers participating in this program. It is worth mentioning that several meetings were held to prepare for the introductory week.

The plan prepared for the introductory week was followed, as previously arranged, with trainees being received every day and being acquainted with all the details of the program, including its vision, mission, general and detailed objectives, and the modules on which they will receive training. The trainees also listened to an explanation of the workflow of the program, on both the theoretical and practical levels, and their enquiries were answered.

During the introductory week, the trainees took an English language placement test with the aim of identifying their training needs related to the English language. Moreover, the Disclosure Form and the Disciplinary Bylaw were displayed electronically, and the participants were introduced to the contact information of the Training Department, if they need to communicate with them at any time. In addition, the frequently asked questions about the program were answered with the aim of providing the participants with the information they need to facilitate their progress in the program, in order to achieve the sought-after results.

It is to be mentioned here that the national training program: "Health Security", started on Sunday, 25 Jumada Al-Thani, 1442 A.H., and will last for three months. The program endeavors to provide the trainees with information and skills, which will later be measured to know how far the trainees have acquired these abilities.
