Within the framework of the training workshops presented by His Excellency the Vice Dean of Al-Qunfudhah University, Dr. Muhammad bin Marei Al-Hazimi, inside and outside the college, His Excellency presented a training course entitled: "Leading Change in the Scientific Departments". The workshop was addressed to the leaders of the University College: Vice Deans of the college, the Vice Dean of Male Student Affairs, the Vice Dean of the College of Medicine, the Vice Dean of Female Student Affairs, the heads of the academic departments, and the deputy heads of the departments.
The training course was conducted via the Webex program, and its most important topics were as follows: the concept of leadership, the concept of change, the departments as an integrated system, the causes of change, resisting change, the reasons behind resisting change, steps for change. The workshop was held on Tuesday evening, 2 Dhul-Qi`dah 1441 A.H.
The training course also included the display of a number of activities and contributions by the colleagues.
It is worth mentioning that this training course is part of the activities offered by His Excellency Dr. Muhammad bin Marei Al-Hazimi, which consist of workshops and training courses in leadership and other topics.
