In response to the "Be Happy" initiative of His Excellency Prof. Abdullah bin Omar Bafail, President of Umm Al-Qura University, the student council of the College of Business Administration held an entertainment activity under the supervision of Her Excellency the Vice Dean of the College of Business Administration, Dr. Hawazin Al-Zubaidi, and the Supervisor of the Student Council, Ms. Ghufran Dahlawi.

The event took place on Thursday, 19 Jumada Al-Thani, 1441 A.H., under the title: "Let's Make a Spark", with the aim of motivating students, renewing their enthusiasm, and providing them with positive energy. The goals were to contribute to their happiness and enjoyment under the slogan of "Be Happy" and increase their love of the educational edifice, thus increasing their productivity and loyalty. The initiative gave them the opportunity to practice what they had studied at the college of business administration, including the organization and management of events with the highest quality and least cost. The students made an agreement with Sultan Delight Burger Company to provide them with the barbecue accessories in exchange for designing a marketing plan for the company. The company fulfilled its promise of providing the students with all the supplies of grills, charcoal, beef cuts, gloves, barbecue tongs, and all supplies necessary to prepare 60 meals. In turn, the female students of the student council's media team designed a marketing plan for the company. Another agreement was also inked with Zeeka Cafe to sponsor the event and provide 60 free cups of coffee for the female students in exchange for making promotional ads for the cafe and providing it with marketing and development proposals.

Safety precautions were taken and fire extinguishers were checked. Masks were also provided, and the students were instructed to follow safety rules.

It should be mentioned that the student council of the College of Business Administration has held many initiatives to develop and improve the facilities, increase scientific achievement, and expand the fields of specialization. This is in addition to entertainment initiatives which increase students' satisfaction and loyalty to the student council, and the initiatives which give weight to the students' voice and desires. It is well known that empowering female students and activating student councils have a significant impact on developing the university and achieving its objectives. This is because they act as a linking point between the students, the departments, and educational cadres. It is the strongest link which leaves an impact on the students, and which is well aware of the supreme administration's goals and ambitions.

The event is one of the endeavors to achieve the #Be_Happy_Initiative, which fully implemented the "Let's Make a Spark" activity to spread joy, love, and affinity.' These efforts culminated with success and satisfaction, in response to the directions and aspirations of the supreme administration to move forward with them in every step they take.
