As part of the initiatives that are unique to Al-Qunfudhah University College, and with the support of His Excellency the President of Umm Al-Qura University, Prof. Abdullah Omar Bafail, the University College in Al-Qunfudhah has arranged special Umrah trips for female students as well as separate trips for male students for all colleges in Al-Qunfudah Governorate.

Therefore, male students who wish to perform Umrah on Tuesday 17 Jumada Al-Thani, 1441 A.H., are kindly requested to register their names and mobile phone numbers with Mr. Muhammad Al-Sumairi, and bring a written consent of the guardians allowing their sons to travel outside Al Qunfudhah.. This consent should read:

I do not mind if my son ......... travels to perform Umrah with the male University College students. My signature represents my agreement to this.

Female students who wish to perform Umrah on Sunday 6 Jumada Al-Thani, 1441 A.H., are kindly requested to register their names and phone numbers with Her Excellency Ms. Nabila Al-Qahtani, and present a written consent from their guardians allowing their daughters to travel with their female professors to Makkah to perform the rituals of Umrah.. This consent should read:

I do not mind my daughter ......... traveling with honorable company from Al-Qunfudhah University College to perform Umrah. I pledge to pick up my daughter at 8 p.m. and take her home from the University College after her return from performing Umrah rites, as the college cannot provide transportation for them in the evening... My signature represents my agreement to this.
