The Voluntary Work Unit, under the auspices of His Excellency the Dean of the College, Dr. Omar Al-Hazzazi, started carrying out its work in Al-Qunfudhah University College by implementing the initiative of receiving the students for the second semester of the current year 1441 A.H., in both sections of the college (male section and female section). The unit was represented by the Supervisor of the Unit, Dr. Muhammad Shulan, and his Deputy, Her Excellency Ms. Nabila Al-Qahtani, and the event was held with the cooperation of some members of the administrative staff in both sections and the Public Relations and Media Unit in the male section.

The reception took the form of distributing roses, chocolates, and cards bearing the slogan of the unit, the phrase: (Let Us Receive this Semester with a Smile, Serious Work, and Energy). These were distributed to all categories of the university's community (students, employees, and academic staff members).
