His Excellency the President of Umm Al-Qura University, Prof. Abdullah Bafail, today (Monday) in his office, honored thirteen academic staff members, who were promoted in the sessions of the Academic Council during the academic year 1441 A.H., for their remarkable academic and research achievements.

Prof. Sami Hijazi Mustafa Al-Tum, a Professor at the Department of Mathematics in Al-Qunfudhah University College, was among the honored faculty members. The honoring ceremony was attended by the UQU Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research, Prof. Abdul-Wahhab Al-Resini.
