The Deanship of Faculty Members and Employees Affairs is keen to facilitate matters for the direct managers and to help them set and formulate smart and achievable objectives, thereby contributing to conducting the annual evaluation of the employees’ performance in an accurate and objective manner.
Accordingly, the deanship invites the direct managers and directors of different administrations to review the forms for smart objectives for different jobs, displayed on the web page of the Deanship of Faculty Members and Employees Affairs on the university website, for them to be utilized in formulating objectives for their employees.
