We congratulate the female students of Al-Qunfudhah Computer College on the approval of their scientific paper entitled, "Towards a System to Automatically Verify the Continuation of the Chain of Narration of Hadiths", in the International Conference on Islamic Applications in Computer Science and Technologies (IMAN 2019) in Malaysia which will be held in the period from 27–28 December, 2019 A.C. The achievement came as a result of the graduation project of the following female students: Rahma Al-Alawi, Amani Al-Salhi, Khadija Al-Ghanmi, Sarah Al-Umari, and Mariam Al-Jada`ani, under the supervision of Dr. Abdul-Kareem Abdul-Qadir.

The application analyzes the chain of Hadith narration by first checking the authenticity of the Hadith, and then isolating each chain of narration on its own to study it and how each narrator received the Hadith from his predecessor. After that, a chain tree is created to verify the continuation or discontinuation of the chain of narration.

This program passed through several phases before reaching its final form. The first phase included conducting a survey of the existing programs and encyclopedias that serve the prophetic Hadith. In the second phase, a number of chains of narration were studied to understand their structure and determine their components. The necessary resources to develop this program, including: (chains of narration, biographical information of hadith reporters, al-Sama`at (certificates or proofs of hadith reception), al-Marasil (dissevered or disconnected hadith: Hadith with interrupted chain of transmission), terms and ranks of al-Jarh wa-al-Ta'deel (grades and labels for the accreditation and impugnment of Hadith transmitters), and all different forms of reception and delivery of hadith), were turned into a database in the form of XML files to achieve compatibility, flexibility, ease of reuse, and the possibility of integration with other sources.
