The academic staff members at the Department of Mathematics in Al-Qunfudhah University College, on Tuesday, 6 Rabi` Al-Thani, 1441 A.H, honored His Excellency Dr. Omar bin Abdullah Al-Hazzazi, the Dean of Al-Qunfudhah University College, for his appointment as Dean of the College; His Excellency Dr. Al-Husain Al-Nashiri, former Head of the Department of Mathematics, in recognition of his activities and efforts exerted during his tenure; and His Excellency Dr. Salih Al-Zahrani, Head of the Department of Mathematics, in the ceremony organized particularly for this occasion.
The event was held in the presence of His Excellency the Vice Dean, Dr. Muhammad Al-Hazimi; His Excellency the Vice Dean for Educational Affairs, Dr. Yahya Al-Nashiri; His Excellency the Vice Dean for Student Affairs in Al-Qunfudhah, Dr. Muhammad Al-Mutehami; and His Excellency the Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies, Dr. Yahya Mizhar, in one of the halls in Al-Qunfudhah.
On his part, His Excellency Dr. Omar bin Abdullah Al-Hazzazi expressed his appreciation of the efforts exerted by Dr. Al-Husain Al-Nashiri, and he wished him further success in his future career. In the same context, he appreciated the distinguished role played during his academic and educational career in the university.
On his part, His Excellency Dr. Salih Al-Zahrani expressed his happiness with this ceremony and the honoring of the former Head of the Department, and appreciated his efforts and the developments he exerted in the department during his tenure, asking Allah to grant him success and progress.
