In the framework of seeking to improve the quality of work in Al-Qunfudhah branch, the Deanship of Faculty Members and Employees Affairs, represented by the Job Performance Department, held an introductory meeting to clarify the new bylaw of employment performance and explain its forms. The Department of Job Performance at Umm Al-Qura university outlined the advantages and disadvantages that can influence the quality of work at the college. The meeting covered several discussions concerning the promotion of favorable points, and the efforts to reduce and address the negatives.

The meeting was attended by His Excellency the Vice Dean of the College, Dr. Muhammad Al-Hazimi, the directors of the administrations of the colleges, and a number of employees.
