In an effort to improve the quality of work at the University College in Al-Qunfudhah, His Excellency Vice Dean of the College, Dr. Muhammad bin Marei Al-Hazmi, had a meeting with the college staff. His Excellency reviewed the positives and negatives that might affect the quality of work at the college. During the meeting, several discussions were held on promoting the positives, and working to reduce and address the negatives.

On the sidelines of the meeting, His Excellency Dr. Muhammad Al-Hazmi gave a training course entitled "Ideal Employees and Their Most Important Characteristics." The course was interspersed with several visual presentations that had a positive impact on attendees.

Prior to the conclusion of the meeting, the Charter of Performance, its objectives and competencies were all reviewed and clarified. The meeting, which lasted approximately two hours, was thus concluded.
