Education College Participates at the First Scientific Research Forum

The Education College took part at the first scientific research forum with a set of its scientific production in all pedagogic specialties. The College registered four participations at all discussion sessions on Monday and Tuesday, December 19th- 20th, 2016. At the Forum’s second pivot,   Ms. Diana Hamad, the psychometry associate professor, presented a paper titled “Scientific Research Quality Standards in Line with the National Transition Program 2030”. At the fourth pivot, Ms. Sumaiah Sharaf, the College’s vice dean and the psychological health and psychological guidance associate professor, presented a paper titled “the Knowledge Economy and Research Groups (Descriptive Reading)”. At the fourth pivot, Ms. Aghadir Ala’aidrus, educational administration associate professor, conducted a paper under the title of “Strategy of Meeting the Responsibility of Activating the Research Projects at the Saudi Universities as a Drive for Developing the Economy in Light of the National Vision Requirements”. At the fifth pivot,   Ms. Fayza Almaghrabi, the curriculum and methodology associate professor, participated with a paper titled “Building a Suggestive Course on the Scientific Research Ethics for the Female Student Universities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia”. Also, the College’s faculty members participated with as close as   63 educational research posters featuring researches on all pedagogy-related researches, as well as 100 scientific books released by the faculty members from all the College’s departments.      

As far as the administrative and technical aspects are concerned, Dr. Suhail Alharbi, the art education associate professor, chaired the organizing committee for the exhibit organized at the sidelines of the Forum, in coordination with Dr. Faisal Barwais, the Physical Education assistant professor of the male students’ section; and Ms. Diana Hamad, the Psychometry assistant professor of the female students’ section.    

In the meantime, Dr. Ali ibn Mislah Almatrafi, the College’s dean, praised the College’s participation along with the supporting deanships and other colleges. This in turn enhances the role of the internal, effective partnership at the UQU.  He also thanked all the efforts made during that event, praying Allah, the Almighty, to bestow success upon the College and all its staff.
