The Vice-Deanship for Academic Development at the University College in Al-Qunfudhah held a workshop with the aim to develop the syllabus file as per the requirements of the quality and the academic accreditation. In attendance were Dr. Yassin Al-Zubaidi, Dean of the University College in Al-Qunfudhah, Dr. Muhammad Al-Hazimi, Vice-Dean of the University College in Al-Qunfudhah, Dr. Awad Al-Rashedi, Deputy of the college for Academic Development and Quality.

The workshop began with the speech of Dr. Al-Zubaidi in which he confirmed that the quality and the academic accreditation have become main strategic objectives which are sought to be achieved in all UQU colleges according to the Kingdom’s Vision 2030. Moreover, he denoted that the workshop is the beginning of the work of the Vice-Deanship to achieve the requirements of the academic accreditation in the college. And he added that this workshop will be followed with other workshops and courses in the same field.

Noteworthy, the workshop was presented by Dr. Atef Saeed, Professor of Curricula at the College of Education at the University College in Al-Qunfudhah and Quality Unit Official at the college, and it was attended by all quality representatives of the academic departments of the college.
