As part of its initiatives to fulfill the Saudi Vision 2030, Umm Al-Qura University, represented by the Deanship of Faculty Members and Employees Affairs, launched a questionnaire, under the supervision of the Ministry of Civil Service, to assess the employees’ engagement.
The deanship calls upon the UQU appointed and contracted academic staff and employees to participate in the questionnaire, and transparently express their opinions about the work environment in the university. The UQU will take the results into consideration in continuing the development processes, through the support of His Excellency the UQU President, Prof. Abdullah bin Omar Bafail, and the directives of His Excellency the UQU Vice President and Dean of Faculty Members and Employees Affairs, Prof. Farid bin Ali Al-Ghamdi.
