The Department of Mathematics actively participated in the training workshop held by the University College in Al-Qunfudhah, represented by the Vice Deanship of Educational Affairs, in collaboration with the Deanship of E-Learning and Distance Education. The workshop included a two-day training program for the members of the academic staff in the college, male section, entitled "Using E-Learning Systems."

The course was offered by His Excellency Dr. Mundhir Abdul-Qadir Al-Hamzawi from the Department of Training and E-Courses. The course focused on various themes, including outlining the importance of the blackboard learning system, its importance, and use for the lecturer and students. The workshop also focused on the educational e-content design and concluded with the virtual classes, their creation, and participants' management methods.
