Academic Schedule Preparation Course

Under the auspices of the Vice Dean of Al-Qunfudhah University College (female section), Dr. Sharifah Eissa Al-Hazimi, a course was held today on 22 Safar, 1441 A.H., under the title, "Preparation of Academic Schedules". The course was organized in cooperation with the Department of Islamic Studies, and took place at 10 p.m. in the meeting hall.

The course was delivered by Dr. Khawlah Salih in the presence of the college vice deans, the academic staff, and the directors and employees of the administrative units. Dr. Khawlah explained the importance of academic schedules and their main objectives, as well as the indicators of the quality of a schedule, the rules and controls for preparing study schedules, and the stages of constructing them (planning, designing, uploading to Oracle system, and finally evaluation and registration).
