Lecture Entitled: “Tasks and Skills of the Teacher in Classroom Management”

On Monday 15 Safar, 1441 A.H., at the University College Theater, from 4-6 p.m., the Education Department at Al-Qunfudhah University College gave a lecture to the teaching students that aimed at developing their skills and raising their teaching competencies. The course was delivered by His Excellency Prof. Ahmad El-Sayyid Al-Muwafi Khattab, Professor of Curricula and Teaching Methods at the Department of Education.

The objectives of the lecture were:

  1. Identifying the difference between strategy, method, and teaching style.
  2. Types, advantages and disadvantages of general teaching methods.
  3. Types, advantages and disadvantages of special teaching methods.
  4. Teaching methods in the educational process.
  5. Teaching skills (planning, implementation, evaluation) in the educational process.
  6. Some applications of questions and their answers in measurement tests.
