The Deanship of Faculty Members and Employees Affairs Announces a Number of Academic Vacancies

The Deanship of Faculty Members and Employees Affairs at Umm Al-Qura University announces a number of academic vacancies for male and female members, and hopes to occupy them with well-qualified Saudi citizens. Applicants can apply for these posts through the e-recruitment portal as from 4 to 13 Muharram, 1441 A.H.

Required Conditions:

1. The applicant should be a Saudi citizen.
2. The applicant should be medically fit.
3. For teaching assistant posts, these extra conditions should be met:

a - The applicant must hold a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent from a Saudi university or from an accredited foreign university.

b- The applicant should have obtained a grade of at least "Very Good" throughout the university stage.

c- The applicant should not be more than 35 years old at the time of the application.

d- The applicant should pass the General Aptitude Test for university graduates with a score not less than 75 percent.

4. For lecturer posts, the following conditions should be met:

a- The applicant should have obtained a Master's degree or its equivalent from a Saudi university or another accredited university.

b- The applicant must have obtained the Master's degree with a grade of at least 'Very Good' (if they have obtained the degree from a university that grants grades). If the Master's certificate was issued by a university that grants the Master's degree without a grade, the applicant must have obtained a Bachelor's degree with a grade of at least 'Very Good'.

5. For health posts, the following conditions should be met:

a- Applicants should have their certificates classified by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties according to the announced post.

b- Vocational registration card and the registration letter issued by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties should be valid.

Required Documents:

The applicant must attach the following documents electronically:

1. A photocopy of the national ID.
2. A copy of the qualification certificate and academic record.
3. A certificate of equivalency from the Ministry of Education (if the degree was granted by a non-Saudi university).
4. A photocopy of any work experience certificates.
