320 Teachers Participate in the Second Week of the Summer Training Program at Umm Al-Qura University

Under the patronage and supervision of His Excellency Dr. Ali bin Muslih Al-Matrifi, the Dean of the College of Education at the UQU, the second week of the summer training was launched today as part of the summer training program for teachers carried out by the Ministry of Education in partnership with the National Center for Professional Education Development.

320 teachers (males and females) attended 8 training programs organized by the College of Education this week, with great interaction on part of the trainees.

The Dean of the College of Education, Dr. Ali bin Muslih Al-Matrifi, stressed that these training programs are offered by academics specialized in educational sciences through a series of training packages designed to improve and develop the teaching practices of teachers. He applauded the regular attendees of these professional development training programs who continue to boost their expertise and keep abreast with the latest developments in the field.

His Excellency Dr. Ali bin Muslih Al-Matrifi commended the generous support extended by His Excellency Prof. Abdullah bin Omar Bafail, the President of the UQU, in harnessing the university's full potential to make this program a success and add to the success of the UQU and allow it to assume its leading role in the field of educational programs. He thanked the members of the Supervising Committee, in both the male and female sections, for their efforts and follow-up around the clock to carry out the program as planned.

Moreover, Dr. Ali extended his thanks to the Deanship of Academic Development and Quality, the General Administration of the Educational Services, the Deanship of Information Technology, the Media Center, the Department of Facilities and Services, and the Department of Security and Safety for their cooperation, rendering the program successful.
