The Deanship of Faculty Members and Employee Affairs announces the start of the disbursement of the financial dues of the cooperative non-faculty members, whose names are listed below, for the academic years: 1434-1435 A.H. until the first semester of the academic year 1439-1440 A.H.
The disbursement of the dues shall start on Thursday, 11 Ramadan, 1440 A.H., and will continue until the end of the working day on Thursday, 18 Ramadan, 1440 A.H., during the day shift (10: 30 a.m. - 2: 30 p.m.), and the evening shift, for men only, (10 p.m. - midnight).
Note that the dues will be disbursed in the building of the Deanship of Faculty Members and Employees Affairs at the Al-Aziziyah Branch for men, and in the building of the Deanship of Faculty Members and Employees Affairs at the female section, in Al-Jawhara Hall at Al-Zahir branch.
Please note the following:
- The cooperative member is required to submit an original copy of the national identity card, without which the dues shall not be disbursed.
- In the event of a female cooperative member wishing to delegate someone else to receive the dues on her behalf, the delegated person should visit the headquarters of the deanship at Al-Aziziyah branch from Sunday, 21 Ramadan, 1440 A.H., and must submit a power of attorney.
