Represented by Dr. Yehia in Mazhar Alzahrani, assistant professor in mathematics curricula and methodology; and Dr. Mohram Mohammed Yehia, an associate professor in science curricula and methodology, the Education and Psychology Department of the Qunfudah University College receives a funding for a research project.
Still, the contract was signed during a ceremony organized by the Umm Al-Qura University Scientific Research Deanship at the King Abdul-Aziz supporting hall in Ala’abidiah, on Monday, November 7th, 2016. Present were Dr. Samr in Hemdan Alharbi; the Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research vice president, Dr. Nabil ibn Abdul-Qadir Kushuk; the Work and Knowledge Innovation vice president, Dr. Abdul-Rahmn in Ghalib Alahdal; the Scientific Research Dean, colleges’ deans, the Scientific Research vice deanships and participating researchers.
Within the same vein the two researchers pointed out that the research project focuses on building an effective strategy suggested via the electronic interactive models. This aims at developing the scientific debate skills of the mathematics and science students at the Saudi universities, and working on measuring its effectiveness and honing them. This in turn helps students of the scientific specialties set the main and logical simulations for picking the scientific basics regarding using the scientific debate skills, based upon logic, argument and demonstration. Such basics are to serve as main components for the student to draw on during the discussion and innovation processes.
