His Excellency Prof. Omar bin Abdullah Al-Hazzazi, the Dean of the College of Health Sciences in Al-Qunfudhah, headed the fourteenth meeting of the Council of the College, which was held on Tuesday, 28 Jumada Al-Thani, 1440 A.H.
The Council discussed the nomination of a number of the academic staff members at the college for excellence allowances, due to their academic publications. The meeting also dealt with the applications of some of the academic staff to attend training courses in their specific specializations, and the participation of others in conferences abroad.
